eight parameters of success

Most companies judges its employee on the bases of Eight Parameters.
Following are the parameters
  1. Job Knowlegde
  2. Quality of work
  3. Quantity
  4. Flexibility
  5. Dependence
  6. Initiative
  7. Communication
  8. Team Work

Job knowledge - knowing your job, work is job knowledge.

Quality - how you accomplish the task

Quantity- how you complete the task assign to you

Flexibility - it deals how flexible are you in performing the job assigned. how you manage the work, and whether you complete the work in the given time period or not.

Dependence - how much dependable are you.

Initiative - is grabbing the oppurtunity and showing your capability.

Communication - how you communicate with your boss, subordinates and staffs.whether you are consverse properly or not.

Team work - deals with supporting you are team members and supporting team leader.

All these are looked by the companies when they give chance to new employee.

Always remember these eight parameters to succeed in life and grabbing new oppurtunity.
